No. LegalHelpCentre.com.au is a referral service that enables you to speak with a lawyer. It does not provide legal advice. Your details will be sent to a lawyer who will contact you to discuss your matter. 

Do you guarantee that a lawyer will contact me?

Yes. A lawyer will contact you by telephone and if you are unavailable by telephone an email will be sent to you.

How long before I will be contacted?

In most cases it will be the same day or the next working day. Except for holiday periods (see Terms and Conditions) as long as you are available we guarantee that you will be contacted within two working days (48 hours).

Is this service free?

Yes. We guarantee that you will be contacted by a lawyer to discuss your matter free of charge. After the initial free consultation if you decide to proceed the lawyer will make arrangements for a personal interview either with his or her practice . Standard fees may then apply.

Do I pay any lawyer’s referral fees?

No. You will be charged nothing until you engage a lawyer and then the fees charged will be as agreed between you and the lawyer.
